In 2008 many of our customers asked, “ Why can’t we just call you to handle all of our transport needs?”  We responded with the formation of two new organizations designed to respond to our customer’s requests: Allegheny Logistics Services, Inc. and Allegheny Ocean Transport, Inc.

The first, Allegheny Logistics Services, Inc., is an organization focused on providing our customers with timely and efficient inland freight movement support to and from the various Ports of Entry through which we move our customer’s goods. Allegheny Logistics Services or ALSI has assembled a team of cost effective and efficient motor carriers who work with ALSI to provide our customers safe, timely and reliable LTL and FTL trucking services.  This includes not only standard trucks but also those that need to meet flatbed and oversized freight requirements. Also, in addition to drayage moves to and from the ports, we can provide assistance with point to point domestic freight moves of domestic goods.

Most of the motor carriers we utilize are C-TPAT Certified, thereby supporting the C-TPAT security requirements of USCBP.
